How Do You Promote to Your Current Clients and Customers and Get Them Sending You New Business?

  1. Utilize Social Media to maintain and expand communication with your current client and customer base. Keep them up to date with all of the company good news and product or service changes and improvements.

 

Post information that they would want to send to their Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn friends and associates – and tell them to share it.

Get your business name out there.

  1. Use a “personal letter” approach for the first 8 weeks or so, communicating to them that (your products or services) GET RESULTS!

You’ll need a database of clients and customers who could refer you new business and add to this any business associates, associations or networking groups that already refer business to you.

Mail each of them something every two weeks.

The keys to making effective promotion are:

  • Make your good works well known,
  • Create a mystery to obtain greater and greater interest in your
  • Instill in the recipient a desire to refer to you.
