Why is it Vital to Continue to Promote to Existing Clients & Customers?

If you think about the result of public relations — that you are well known and well thought of– then who could think more highly of you than your own clients and customers?

I have spoken to numerous small business owners who ask me if they should be promoting to the general public.

My first question to them is, “Do you currently promote to your past clients and customers?”

I definitely consider it easier to get a happy past clients and customers back into your business if they need your products or services or the new line you’re rolling our than a perfect stranger.

Don’t you?

It is very simple but if you simply continue to stay connected with past, existing clients and customers through some form of communication, social media, letter, email and or phone, they will not only come back to you if something is needed, but will also pay their bill and refer others to you.
